This Processor is a TCP version of the Pentium-100 wich is soldered onto a PCB so that it could be used in an ordinary CPU socket. The TCP package was intended for use in Notebooks. Unfortunately this one most probably doesn't work anymore. In fact I haven't even tried as the small wires connecting the chip to the PCB are bent and touch each other so that the module will probably go up in flames if I try.
