OMG! Lovely collection. Is that a golden chip on the right side?

If that collection is being sold as a complete lot, what is the asking price? Or is it an auction? I can't read Chinese letters, and my browser is displaying most of the text as ??????, so I have no idea what the thread is about apart from pictures of a collection...
